Job Overview

This 24-month fixed-term opportunity is available to cover parental leave. The Internal Communications Manager will design and execute internal communication strategies that align with business goals, boost employee involvement, and ensure a consistent experience throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement worldwide internal communication campaigns in line with company priorities.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders and stakeholders on communication efforts, employee engagement, and change management.
• Create compelling messaging to enhance employee comprehension of company strategy, culture, and performance metrics.
• Develop content for leadership communications such as presentations, messages, town halls, and other materials.
• Oversee global internal communication platforms and manage editorial schedules.
• Support communications related to organizational changes, business transformations, and significant corporate initiatives.
• Work with various teams to ensure communication clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Contribute to programs that enhance employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organizational unity.
• Evaluate communication impact and seek ongoing improvements based on employee feedback and insights.
• Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines, governance standards, and company messaging frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in internal or corporate communications within an international setting.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to simplify complex subjects into engaging content.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle numerous priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven work style.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
