Intermediate Business Analyst

Role Overview

This contract position based in Toronto, Ontario involves working as an Intermediate Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules among others. The candidate will gather and document detailed business requirements and develop user stories to support various ServiceNow modules including Integrated Risk Management, CMDB, Application Portfolio Management, and Technology Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and creating user stories for process mapping and ServiceNow modules such as GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, and TPM.
• Possess a strong understanding of attestation, certification, scorecards, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes to support business objectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform data validation, and ensure requirements traceability throughout project phases.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Effectively manage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, apply strong analytical thinking, and communicate clearly to various audiences.
