We foster a creative, agile, and efficient team environment, emphasizing thoughtful and distinctive design with a diversity of perspectives and expertise.

We are seeking passionate Interior Designers who thrive on collaboration and possess comprehensive knowledge of materials, furniture, detailing, and construction methods. • Between 5 to 15 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in design or architectural firms.
  • NCIDQ Certification, Registered Interior Designer status, or Licensed Architect credential is preferred.
  • Strong sensibility toward design details and up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends.
  • Preferred experience includes residential and commercial office interiors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all phases of project delivery: programming, space planning, color and material selection, FF&E specification, schematic and design development, and construction documentation.
  • Ability to manage construction phase responsibilities such as reviewing shop drawings and material samples, responding to contractor inquiries (RFIs), and conducting site visits.
  • Familiarity and practical experience with local building codes and accessibility standards.
  • Capability to lead projects involving consultants and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and graphic software including Affinity and Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Enscape, SketchUp, and Rhino is desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with multi-family residential, hospitality, campus environments, or aviation projects is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply project design philosophies to advance successful outcomes throughout design and construction phases.
  • Maintain expertise in innovative interior architectural finishes, including manufacturer familiarity and standards compliance aligned with client needs.
  • Lead the selection, specification, and procurement of FF&E from conceptualization to installation.
  • Coordinate daily project team activities, facilitating communication among internal staff, external consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure precise reflection of design intent in technical drawings and specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and client presentations in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Guide and mentor junior personnel thoughtfully and constructively.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement matching.
  • Supportive flexible work environment promoting balanced, healthy lifestyles.
  • Commitment to professional growth through coaching, mentorship, training programs, and financial support for licensing exams and memberships.
