Interdisciplinary Artist - Remote Contract Role

Position Overview

This role entails working as an Interdisciplinary Artist on an hourly contract basis, with compensation ranging from $15 to $65 per hour. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate diverse creative content including visual arts, film, audio, digital media, and animations specifically to support AI model training.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to fulfill both creative and technical specifications of projects.
• Analyze project guidelines and provide varied artistic insights to enhance training datasets.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of artistic workflows and effectively convey concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critically evaluate generated content and suggest improvements to enhance quality standards.
• Adjust to changing project requirements and contribute expertise across various creative fields.
• Promote innovative problem-solving and experimentation within collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in fields such as visual arts, film production, audio creation, digital content, or animation.
• Proven track record in managing and executing interdisciplinary creative assignments.
• Skilled in using software including Adobe Creative Suite, along with audio, video, and animation editing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating within remote, cross-disciplinary creative groups.
• Capability to convert artistic ideas into structured datasets for artificial intelligence applications.
• Highly self-driven, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
