About the Role

As an Integrity Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering a work environment grounded in honesty, accountability, and ethical behavior. Your advice and guidance will support transparent decision-making while you identify and manage risks related to integrity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of policies and initiatives promoting integrity.
- Provide detailed and insightful reports on integrity risks and program effectiveness to the Executive Leadership Team and Audit Committee.
- Offer expert counsel on the detection, disclosure, and handling of conflicts of interest.
- Encourage ethical decision-making and safeguard responsible management of sensitive information.
- Conduct investigations and interviews to ensure timely, consistent resolutions and remediation actions.
- Deliver targeted integrity training programs, especially for areas identified as high-risk.
- Enhance integrity frameworks, related systems, and processes, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Develop trusted partnerships with Legal, Risk, People teams, and business leaders.
- Lead and mentor a small team focused on delivering high-quality integrity outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Governance, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in roles related to integrity, compliance, legal matters, or risk management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ethical standards, governance models, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities, investigative skills, and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills geared toward influencing and building trust.
- Capable of handling sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with case management and compliance software tools is advantageous.
Work Environment
