Job Summary

The Installer role involves safely transporting, assembling, and installing various products such as home appliances, furniture, and electronics at customer sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring installation quality and customer satisfaction through professional service and accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products securely to homes or businesses.
• Unpack, assemble, and install products per manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Perform pre-installation inspections and post-installation functionality tests.
• Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle inquiries politely.
• Document installation activities, delivery confirmations, and collect customer feedback.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper condition.
• Follow safety standards and company policies rigorously.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure timely installations.
• Identify and report any detected product damage or defects during installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in related areas are advantageous.
• Experience in installing, assembling, or repairing products.
• Good mechanical skills and the ability to diagnose issues.
• Ability to understand technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift and repeatedly perform manual tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Self-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
