Influencer & Partnership Manager (Freelance / Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially savvy and results-oriented Influencer & Partnership Manager to join a rapidly expanding online gaming and digital entertainment company targeting multiple international markets. This freelance position is fully remote and involves increasing the brand's presence locally by acquiring, onboarding, and managing top-performing influencers, live streamers, content creators, and strategic affiliate partners within your designated region.

Location & Work Arrangement

• This role is 100% remote and can be performed from your home in specific countries only: Portugal, Italy, Greece, Finland, Spain, Poland, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Korea, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Ireland.
• Candidates outside of these specified countries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover, negotiate with, and recruit influencers, content creators, streamers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other digital community partners in your target market.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships, including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Revenue Share, Hybrid deals, and fixed fees.
• Manage onboarding processes by providing tracking links, landing pages, promotional materials, and creative guidelines to partners.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance through metrics such as First Time Depositors (FTDs), deposit volumes, CPA, Return on Investment (ROI), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), and overall quality of players.
• Optimize ongoing collaborations and reactivate partners who may be dormant or underperforming.
• Ensure all marketing efforts and creatives comply with local advertising laws and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Native-level proficiency in the language of your assigned market along with strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership or affiliate management, or working with key opinion leaders.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry, online casinos, sportsbooks, cryptocurrency sectors, or performance marketing is highly preferable.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing structures such as CPA, Revenue Sharing and hybrid models, plus an understanding of tracking technologies and digital marketing funnels.
• Excellent negotiation skills, self-driven attitude, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

Flexible working hours structured under a freelance or service-level agreement model, allowing autonomous management of your local market activities.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Expected monthly earnings range between €1,200 and €3,000+, comprised of a base payment plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
• Please note this role primarily operates on commission as a freelance position without traditional employment benefits.

This opportunity does not include relocation support since it is fully remote and requires you to work from your home country within the approved locations.
