Industrial Product Designer

Overview

This role requires proficiency in English or French and demands the candidate to work onsite in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The work environment is primarily indoors and involves detailed design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to develop product designs.
• Create manufacturing drawings, specifications, and guidelines to aid production.
• Construct prototypes based on design concepts.
• Develop design concepts, sketches, or models for review and approval.

Requirements and Skills

• College-level education or CEGEP diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience between 1 to less than 7 months in a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet precise design criteria.

Work Conditions

• The job must be performed onsite with no option for remote work.
