Job Summary

We are urgently recruiting for the position of Inbound Customer Care Executive based in Noida (Mohan Estate). This role offers a stable day shift in a professional setting with ample opportunities for career advancement and immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide excellent support over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

Completion of 12th standard education minimum.
Proficient English communication skills (V5/V6 level).
Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.

Working Conditions

Working days: 6 days per week with one rotational weekly off.
Shift timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (day shift).

Compensation

Salary ranging from 18,000 to 23,000 INR per month with 1% TDS deduction applicable.
