Role Overview
The position involves advising senior leaders on Senior Executive Service (SES) program policies, managing executive personnel actions, and implementing strategies for executive workforce planning and succession. The specialist will conduct evaluations of SES program effectiveness and compile reports on human capital initiatives for leadership review.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to senior management regarding SES program criteria and executive resource allocation.
- Manage processing of SES personnel matters, ensuring meticulous documentation of executive actions.
- Suggest modifications to policies that enhance executive workforce planning and succession models.
- Lead analytical studies aimed at improving the SES program across the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations about executive human capital strategies to the command's leadership.
