Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a committed and structured Human Resources Officer to support the daily HR and administrative operations at our clinic. The ideal candidate will help manage recruitment, employee relations, and office administration, ensuring all processes run smoothly and confidential information is handled with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews and managing job offer communications.
- Support onboarding activities such as orientations, documentation, and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain precise employee records, including attendance, personal details, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and related matters.
- Facilitate leave management processes ensuring adherence to clinic policies and labor legislation.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes when required.
- Organize and coordinate training workshops for staff development.
- Ensure full compliance with regional labor laws and clinic HR policies.
- Manage office supplies and clinic facility operations to ensure efficient functioning.
- Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Maintain proper filing systems to keep clinic records current and orderly.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Conduct general office administrative tasks including answering telephones and managing email correspondence.
- Support daily clinic operations to maintain high administrative effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional HR experience in a clinical or hospital setting is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with labor laws and HR work processes.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- High ethical standards with the capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail.
