Their expanding global presence drives the search for a skilled HR Executive to join the international People Team.
Role Overview
The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in managing the entire employee lifecycle for Kagool's global workforce. Collaborating closely with HR leadership and business managers, the successful candidate will ensure efficient, professional, and compliant delivery of HR services across multiple countries. The role demands a highly organized, detail-focused individual comfortable handling HR administration, employee relations, recruitment facilitation, payroll support, and international HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR administrative functions across worldwide offices.
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and files.
- Oversee probation and performance review processes, along with HR documentation maintenance.
- Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.
- Support recruitment efforts across numerous countries by scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and communicating with candidates.
- Manage offer processes and recruitment trackers, including HR reporting.
- Assist payroll operations by preparing monthly inputs, managing benefits, tracking leave and attendance, and facilitating pension administration where applicable.
- Work with external HR, legal, and payroll partners to support international employee requirements, including visa and immigration processes.
- Ensure all HR documentation aligns with local labor laws across jurisdictions.
- Support contractor onboarding and management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, prepare HR audit reports, protect confidential employee information, and provide regular HR metrics.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in roles such as HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Generalist covering full employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with HRIS software and payroll support tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes and employment documentation.
- Experience within professional services or technology organizations preferred.
- Familiarity supporting international employees is highly advantageous.
- Core competencies include managing employee lifecycle events, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll assistance, HR reporting and documentation, contractor management, and learning and development coordination.
- International HR skills covering multi-country HR administration, cross-cultural communication, employment documentation compliance, global mobility, visa coordination, and international payroll support.
- Technical expertise with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office suite, document and recruitment management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, professionalism, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, independence, team collaboration, time management, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- CIPD accreditation or equivalent qualification is a plus, along with experience in UK employment practices, outsourced payroll provider environments, international consultancies, and supporting remote/hybrid workforces.
