Role Summary

Naviga is hiring an HR Coordinator for the US region to help run core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. What You Will Do

  • Coordinate 401(k) enrollment, terminations, and audit-related activities with Fidelity and other vendors while following plan rules and local requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Process voluntary and involuntary exits and complete the required termination documentation.
  • Work with the benefits team and outside vendors to answer employee questions and resolve issues.
  • Support managers with end-to-end recruiting activities, including role definition, sourcing, phone screens, and interview scheduling.
  • Keep HR trackers, employee records, and status reports current, accurate, and confidential.
  • Assist with HR reporting, process documentation, and administrative support for recurring HR cycles.
  • Respond to employee queries through HR Dropbox and other regional support channels.
  • Help with compliance-related HR tasks and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
