Job Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee multiple facets of human resource management including maintaining effective union relations, handling grievances and disciplinary actions, and managing labor court cases. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as the Factories Act, CLRA, and PF/ESI is a critical part of the role. Additionally, the position involves conducting recruitment drives, contributing inputs for payroll processing, managing performance appraisals, organizing training programs, and facilitating employee welfare activities. The candidate will also be responsible for managing manpower costs, supervising overtime work, and regulating contractors engaged at the plant.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a graduate degree and possess relevant experience in industrial labor relations, HR generalist operations, grievance resolution, payroll management, and HR functions within a manufacturing or plant setting.
