Human Data Analyst

Position Overview

This role involves managing and optimizing human data operations remotely, focusing on enhancing data workflows and operational efficiencies. The hourly contract position offers flexible work hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee data workflows encompassing annotation, collection, processing, and analysis activities.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency and drive performance gains.
• Explore and interpret datasets to provide actionable, data-driven insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure data processes align with overall business objectives.
• Create and maintain reporting systems for monitoring metrics, data quality, and workflow effectiveness.
• Continuously seek process enhancements to maintain scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Assume responsibility for operational challenges and proactively develop effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, annotation tasks, or optimizing workflows.
• Knowledge of operational procedures and methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong communication skills enabling clear presentation of insights.
• Detail-oriented analytical mindset focused on ensuring data quality and validation.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic remote setting.
• Interest in AI technologies, human-in-the-loop data operations, and enhancing system performance.

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges from $35 to $55 per hour based on experience.
