- Promote inclusivity, monitor organizational culture metrics, and enhance leadership experiences
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders at all organizational tiers
- Encourage adoption of self-service tools to decrease routine administrative burden
- Support and mentor fellow HR professionals and engage in global initiatives
Benefits
- Participation in the popular 'Dogs at Work' program that reduces stress and elevates workplace morale at Australian offices
- Commuter allowances that help reduce travel costs
- Health insurance subsidies for employees and their families alongside income protection and life insurance coverage
- A diverse and inclusive culture valuing different backgrounds, experiences, and ideas as drivers of innovation
Work Location
This position requires full-time attendance onsite five days a week at the central business district office.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR generalist or business partner
- Ability to operate independently with strong ownership, autonomy, and high judgment
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing senior executives effectively
- Experience managing challenging employee relations matters
- Competence in overseeing performance cycles, talent reviews, and retention tactics
- Familiarity with employment laws governing Australia and New Zealand, notably the Fair Work Act
Preferred Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Previous exposure as an HR Business Partner in a technology-driven or metrics-focused environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data for personnel decisions
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving and uncertain context
