We operate a remote-first model with quarterly in-person collaborative sessions called “surges.” As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with functional leadership to translate business goals into effective people strategies. Your role encompasses the end-to-end HRBP lifecycle tailored to your assigned groups, covering organizational design, performance management, employee growth, and retention, all guided by data and thoughtful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage people strategies such as performance reviews, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention for your client groups.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and scalable people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on career development, level progression, change leadership, and sensitive employee matters.
• Analyze workforce data including engagement, attrition, and performance trends to generate actionable recommendations for executives.
• Establish and apply HR policies focused on compliance and risk mitigation while managing employee relations across global teams.
• Foster strong partnerships across People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure unified delivery of HR programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership in Recruiting, Talent Strategy, Consulting, or HR functions with direct advising of senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with sound judgment, including managing performance issues, organizational restructures, and confidential employee situations.
• Proficient in leveraging people data (surveys, attrition rates, performance information) to inform leadership decisions and strategy.
• Proven record of designing and implementing comprehensive people programs with measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Maintains high integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive internal information across organizational levels.
• Responsible utilization of generative AI to aid workflows while ensuring human oversight and delivery of reliable business outcomes.

Compensation and Additional Information

The annual base salary ranges from $176,035 to $207,100 USD depending on location, excluding equity, bonuses, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
