About the Role

Stayokay Soest is a hidden gem nestled in the forest, offering a unique workplace surrounded by nature with a relaxed atmosphere. It caters to a wide variety of guests, from groups to families, featuring dormitories and meeting rooms. We are searching for an independent and diligent Housekeeping Worker who pays close attention to detail and is willing to work on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas.
• Collaboratively planning the daily workload with colleagues at the start of each shift to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to work autonomously and flexibly.
• Good team spirit and readiness to assist coworkers when needed.
• The ability and availability to work during weekends is essential.
• An open-minded nature, a drive to succeed, and a strong commitment to sustainability.

What We Offer

• A role featuring variety, responsibility, and flexibility along with quality coffee.
• An all-inclusive hourly wage of €17.91 for employees aged 20 or older; €16.12 for age 19; and €14.33 for age 18. This wage includes holiday pay and accrued vacation hours paid monthly.
