Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and effective customer service to clients, guests, and team members, adapting to diverse needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas including ancillary spaces and corridors, following health and safety protocols.
- Evaluate and apply suitable cleaning methods as per department guidelines.
- Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions efficiently and safely under supervisor observation.
- Perform disinfection and sterilization of tools and supplies using approved germicides and sterilizers.
- Apply strict universal precautions for disposing of waste, including bio-hazard materials.
- Ensure cleaning carts are well-stocked, chemicals are properly labeled, and equipment remains functional.
- Encourage positive workplace relationships and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
- Contribute to departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
- Commit to continual learning and compliance with training programs as scheduled.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Effective communication skills with clients, management, and support staff.
- Capacity to adjust to dynamic work demands.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk extensively, and stand for extended durations.
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required.
