Housekeeper / House Cleaner

Overview

The Cleaning Authority is seeking dedicated individuals for full-time housecleaning roles at its Mississauga location. We offer the highest compensation for cleaning staff in the area, with a structured workweek Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, ensuring your nights, weekends, and major holidays are free. This opportunity comes with paid holidays and vacation time.

Training & Development

No previous cleaning experience is required as candidates will complete a comprehensive training process. This includes a computer-based learning system complemented by a two-week hands-on training period with an experienced professional trainer.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional housecleaning duties following The Cleaning Authority’s Detail-Clean Rotation System.
• Maintain quality and consistency in all cleaning assignments to uphold the company’s high standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and pride in workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and perform specialized cleaning techniques unique to The Cleaning Authority.
• Physically capable of standing all day and performing light lifting tasks under 15 pounds; the role is physically demanding.
• Having a driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
