As a Host or Hostess at Hilton, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Every day, you will add brightness and warmth to guests' visits by not only providing excellent food and beverage service but also ensuring that each guest's experience is memorable and welcoming.

Role Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a positive and approachable demeanor, striving to enhance their dining experience genuinely.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menu including specials and promotions to assist guests confidently with inquiries.
• Take precise food and beverage orders, accurately input these into the point-of-sale system, and ensure timely delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked food service station throughout your shift.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, supporting the well-being of both guests and team members.
