Role Overview
We are seeking a Hostess to join our team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences. The hostess welcomes guests warmly, manages seating and reservations efficiently, and supports overall smooth operations within the restaurant from guest arrival until departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize service flow.
- Provide accurate information about the menu, restaurant policies, and available services to customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist wait staff and collaborate with team members, particularly during high demand periods.
- Stand and walk for prolonged durations to effectively cover duties.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a hostess or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
