Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, delivering shopping directly to customers and representing Iceland as a trusted face. This role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, value independence, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load delivery vans, handling heavy lifting and manual tasks responsibly.
• Follow all safe driving procedures to ensure secure and efficient deliveries.
• Perform regular van inspections and maintenance checks.
• Ensure that customers receive their food orders in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Support in-store activities when needed.
• Manage your work schedule independently and maintain effective time management.
• Work flexible shifts that may range from early mornings at 6am through late evenings up to 11pm.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and awareness of road safety regulations.
