What the role involves

• Loading the van safely, including handling heavier items and following manual handling practices.
• Driving responsibly and always following safe driving standards.
• Checking the vehicle before and during use to make sure it is fit for delivery work.
• Keeping grocery orders in the best possible condition until they reach the customer.
• Providing friendly, reliable, high-quality customer service at every delivery.
• Supporting store operations when extra help is needed.
• Working on your own, staying organised, and managing time effectively.
• Being available for varying shifts, with working times that may fall between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

What we’re looking for

• A full driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive, approachable attitude and genuine enthusiasm for good customer service.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety and responsible driving habits.
