Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking proactive Home Delivery Drivers who value independence, enjoy being active, and thrive on engaging with customers directly. Working as the face of Iceland, you will be responsible for delivering groceries while ensuring excellent customer service and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe and efficient van loading practices, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain safe driving habits and complete daily vehicle checks.
• Deliver food items ensuring they reach customers in optimal condition.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout deliveries.
• Assist with in-store tasks as needed.
• Work independently managing your schedule effectively and adapt to varying shift times between 6 AM and 11 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, friendliness, and dedication to excellent customer experiences.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Show strong awareness of road safety and responsible driving practices.
