Role Overview
The Head of Facility will take charge of facility management across the Noida region, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong compliance, and measurable operational performance. This position calls for a senior leader who can build strategy, manage budgets, guide teams, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve facility outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all facility management activities across the Noida region.
- Create and execute plans that improve facility efficiency and overall operational effectiveness.
- Maintain adherence to applicable local, state, and national facility-related regulations.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and expense control for facility operations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve facility issues and strengthen ongoing improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop facility teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and industry-leading practices to enhance facility performance.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with vendors, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all facilities comply with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior leadership on facility performance and operational indicators.
Qualifications
- Graduation in real estate management, facility management, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- A master’s degree in a relevant subject is an added advantage.
- Professional facility management certification such as CFM, FMP, or SFP.
- Additional credentials in leadership, project management, or similar areas are preferred.
- 20 to 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, specifically within facility management.
- Proven ability to lead strategically and deliver results in facility operations.
- Experience managing several facilities within a region.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
