Pro Seniore Residenz Cochem, located in Rhineland-Palatinate, is seeking a dedicated Hauswirtschaftskraft to join their team either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support residents' independence and everyday living skills.
• Engage residents in household duties aligned with the facility's housekeeping approach.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, well-kept, and comfortable living atmosphere.
• Participate in organizing and supporting special events such as birthdays, holidays, and seasonal celebrations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a housekeeper (Hauswirtschafter).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong passion for working with and for people.
• Empathy, adaptability, and reliability.

Additional Information

The team is described as small but dedicated, valuing a pleasant ambiance evident in their care standards. Staff have access to in-house cosmetologist and hairdresser services. The schedule offers care staff a special arrangement with only one working weekend per month, leaving other weekends free.
