Main duties

• Carry out regular inspections across the buildings.
• Handle everyday maintenance requests as they come in.
• Perform simple repairs, DIY work, and small fix-up jobs.
• Complete seasonal outdoor tasks such as mowing grass and clearing snow from paths.
• Keep work areas safe, neat, and usable at all times.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or handyman work is preferred.
• Comfortable doing basic repair and hands-on practical tasks.
