Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the service station is appropriately prepared and clean before, during, and after your shift.
• Provide warm and polite greetings to guests, including informing them about any specials or current restaurant promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction carefully throughout the entire ordering process.
• Adhere strictly to all applicable state and federal laws as well as restaurant policies regarding the service of alcoholic drinks to minors or visibly intoxicated patrons.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess an engaging and pleasant personality.
• Hold a valid Food Worker Card.
• Preferably have at least one year of prior experience in serving roles.
• Demonstrate effective communication abilities in English, both spoken and written.
• Maintain a respectful, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
