Guest Service Agent Laundry

About the Role

Join a diverse and inclusive team in a guest services laundry support role at a major hospitality property in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Pick up linens and guest amenities from the loading bay and deliver them to the pantries on the assigned floors across three hotel towers, following company procedures and timing standards.
• Retrieve used linens from hotel areas such as the pool, spa, and fitness club.
• Keep pantry supplies well stocked and replenish amenities whenever needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized linen room.
• Inform the supervisor if any equipment needs servicing or repair.
• Record lost-and-found items correctly and coordinate their return to guests.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Primary education is preferred.
• No prior work experience is needed, as training will be provided.
• You should be able to move heavy trolleys, linens, and amenities.
• You need to be comfortable walking frequently between the loading bay and the hotel towers.
• Independent working ability is required.
• You must be willing to work rotating shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as public holidays.
