About the Role

We are searching for a passionate Guest Relations Executive dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. As the welcoming face of Radha House, you will manage guest interactions, oversee reservations, and deliver personalized services that highlight the charm of our boutique establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and conduct efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Promptly handle guest questions and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Manage room bookings and collaborate with the reservations team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Relay special guest requests or preferences to relevant departments to customize their experience.
• Provide comprehensive information about the property, local points of interest, and available services.
• Anticipate guest needs and organize personalized experiences such as special events, tours, and activities.
• Gather guest feedback and share valuable insights with management for continuous improvement.
• Conduct follow-ups with guests after their stay to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions and room bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee rooms are prepared appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality roles, preferably within boutique properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi or Konkani is advantageous.
• Competency in basic computer applications and reservation software.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on problem solving.
