Guest Relations Agent

Position Overview

The Guest Relations Agent role extends beyond managing typical guest check-ins and check-outs by crafting a memorable and distinctive experience for every visitor. This position empowers the individual to proactively assist guests throughout their entire stay, addressing needs such as operational requests, reporting tasks, and providing local insights, ensuring each interaction enhances the guest's overall experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist guests with various requests and provide comprehensive support during their stay.
• Manage operational processes related to guest experience smoothly and effectively.
• Prepare and complete necessary reports as part of daily tasks.
• Share valuable information about local attractions and highlights to enrich guests’ visits.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating a safe and quality-focused workplace environment.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Fulfill additional reasonable duties as assigned to support overall business goals.

Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary for this role.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Adherence to professional behavior, attire, and communication standards.
• Physical capability to perform the described duties.
