Role overview

This position is focused on creating a stay that feels smooth, welcoming, and memorable for guests. The role goes beyond standard check-in and check-out duties by actively guiding guests throughout their visit and handling a broad range of service tasks with initiative and care.

The guest experience specialist is expected to move around the property as needed, respond to operational requirements, support guest requests, prepare reports, and share useful local information so that every interaction feels thoughtful and seamless.

Key duties

• Support guests through the full stay experience, not just arrival and departure.
• Take initiative to address operational needs and guest requests in a timely way.
• Complete reports and other routine service-related tasks accurately.
• Share local area highlights and helpful information with guests.
• Help make everyday transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all company procedures and policies.
• Protect confidential information and safeguard company property and assets.
• Keep service standards high and present a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Be prepared for active, hands-on work that involves standing, sitting, walking, and handling light objects as required.

Qualifications and expectations

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent qualification is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary for this role.
