Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Group Leader Process to oversee a team of engineers focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, achieving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement. This role supports business goals by boosting production performance and nurturing a culture of quality, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Duties
- Design, deploy, and refine manufacturing processes to ensure reliable and efficient production lines.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, utilizing structured problem-solving techniques.
- Facilitate new product launches and industrialization efforts, ensuring seamless transition into manufacturing.
- Track and evaluate performance indicators and initiate necessary improvements.
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead implementation of corrective and preventive strategies.
- Oversee engineering resources, manage priorities, and maintain project schedules aligned with business demands.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives and execute defined project tasks.
- Provide mentorship and conduct onboarding training for new process engineering staff.
- Participate actively in problem resolution and corrective action processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized Technical University.
- At least five years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing.
- Minimum three years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies: Structured Problem Solving, Internal Audits, and KPI management.
- Expertise with Automotive Core Tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and industry trend awareness.
- Proven experience in project management and budget handling.
- Experienced in managing organizational change effectively.
- Adept at operating within a matrix organizational structure.
- Knowledge of rubber manufacturing is advantageous.
