Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure daily upkeep to maintain the park’s cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance.
• Maintain the tidiness and condition of park facilities such as amenities, camp kitchens, and playgrounds.
• Perform grounds maintenance including landscaping, lawn mowing, and litter collection.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and other facilities.
• Manage and care for park equipment and tools responsibly.
• Strictly follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
• Attend to guest requests efficiently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in grounds keeping is essential.
• Proficient in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to safeguard property safety and attractiveness.
• Competent in operating groundskeeping machinery and power tools safely.
• Good time management skills with the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
• Trade qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in pool maintenance is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Additional Information

Candidates must supply a Federal Police Clearance before employment offers. The position involves physical requirements such as manual handling up to 20kg, frequent kneeling and squatting, handling chemicals, and operating machinery.
