As a Graphic Designer within the iLottery team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually striking and engaging digital marketing content. This opportunity allows you to blend your creative expertise with the dynamic world of digital marketing alongside seasoned professionals to elevate our brand and player engagement.

Responsibilities

Create compelling marketing and promotional graphics such as banners across various channels, email artwork, social media visuals, digital advertisements, and landing page creatives.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to tailor creatives for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, and applications.
Ensure the iLottery brand's visual identity is consistently maintained and enhanced across all marketing campaigns and channels.
Prepare files ready for production and oversee a well-organized digital asset library.
Offer innovative ideas during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate creative performance and improve future outputs.
Keep up to date with current design trends and digital marketing standards to ensure fresh and engaging visuals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a graphic designer focusing on digital environments.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; experience with Figma is beneficial.
Robust portfolio showcasing diverse visual styles particularly emphasizing digital campaigns and mobile-first designs.
Strong grasp of design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, motion, and user-centered design principles.
Experience in designing for multi-channel marketing efforts across web, social media, email, and apps.
Highly organized with meticulous file management and commitment to delivering production-ready, pixel-perfect work.
Effective communication skills coupled with a collaborative attitude to incorporate feedback and iterate designs swiftly.
Capabilities in video creation, motion graphics, or animation are advantageous.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Salary range between $56,000 and $104,000 annually based on experience, education, skills, location, and market factors.
