Graphic Designer

Overview

CELI is seeking a dedicated full-time Graphic Designer to develop a diverse array of digital assets including website designs, newsletters, promotional content, branded materials, and social media visuals. The ideal candidate will share our mission to elevate the brand and pioneer exceptional digital design standards.

Role Details

This role involves creating digital brand elements for CELI's website, various social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and additional digital media. Responsibilities include producing email designs, social media assets, marketing collateral, video content, presentations, and visual enhancements for articles and branded materials. The candidate will optimize images for web and digital use, and keep abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to infuse innovative ideas in the team’s work.

Responsibilities

• Design a broad spectrum of digital brand assets tailored to CELI's marketing and communications.
• Create layouts for emails, social content, marketing materials, video assets, and presentations.
• Optimize images and graphics for smooth web and digital distribution.
• Continuously research and incorporate current design trends and new technologies.
• Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or digital roles, either in-house or agency environment.
• Demonstrated skills in producing high-quality graphics and animations.
• Photography skills considered a plus.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Preferred but not mandatory knowledge of Premiere and After Effects.
• Experienced in image editing and retouching with keen attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, including presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a committed work ethic.
