Position Summary

WoodMaster, Inc. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department at our Greenbush location. This full-time onsite role reports to Corporate Communications and involves crafting compelling, brand-aligned visual content across multiple platforms including digital, print, product packaging, and event exhibitions. The designer will oversee the full creative lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring that all graphics support our products and dealers effectively.

Key Duties

Devise and produce innovative graphic content for social media, print, website, email marketing and digital campaigns, adhering strictly to brand and style guidelines.
Manage and update promotional and dealer sales catalogs, flyers, decals, web catalog parts, and visual illustrations related to company and dealer presentations.
Create original artwork including illustrations, photography, and 3D visuals for project layouts, videos, trade show exhibits, and booth designs.
Design packaging for parts and accessory products.
Prepare detailed project cost estimates encompassing quality standards, budget constraints, and time timelines.
Organize and prioritize multiple projects, maintaining clear records of costs, schedules, and resources.
Maintain and archive project files, photographs, and illustrations methodically for easy access.
Submit creative plans and prototypes for approval, incorporating feedback to finalize designs.
Coordinate with external vendors on file and graphic needs.
Operate specialized equipment including large format printers and laminators, handling large print media rolls.
Perform other duties as assigned by management, with flexibility in responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficient use of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team settings.
Strong attention to detail ensuring quality output that meets deadlines.
Creative mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Basic photography skills advantageous.
Familiarity with 3D graphic software desirable.

Physical Requirements

The role generally requires extended periods of sitting, using computer input devices involving repetitive motions of the hands and arms. Occasional bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting may be necessary.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $31, with the final offer reflecting experience, education, technical skills, past performance, and company budget considerations.

Additional Information

This is a single-opening position located onsite in Greenbush, Arkansas, within the Marketing department at WoodMaster Outdoor Furnaces. Employment terms may be adjusted by management at any time.
