They help clients optimize sustainability, cost-efficiency, and asset lifecycle planning through comprehensive support from early investments to long-term operational strategies.

Graduate Role Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing asset management frameworks, strategic plans, and roadmaps.
• Support data-driven analysis and modelling to guide asset and investment choices.
• Participate in projects targeting sustainability improvements, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Utilize digital platforms and tools enabling intelligent asset management.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including senior engineers and digital specialists, on client projects.

Graduate Development Program

A structured two-year program designed to build technical and consulting skills through mentorship and real project experience, easing the transition into consulting careers.
