Role Overview
As a Global Time & Attendance Process Consultant at Siemens Energy, you will collaborate daily with international HR, IT, and business leaders to shape and optimize Time & Attendance systems and processes worldwide. Your advisory role includes steering global process governance, integrating local policies into global standards, and supporting countries in adopting UKG solutions. Partnering closely with payroll and HR services teams, you ensure smooth data flows and compliance across regions, identify opportunities for process enhancements, standardize procedures, and contribute to an efficient operational framework that adds business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR transformation initiative by defining future Time & Attendance technology landscapes in alignment with HR Application Owners, IT, and global stakeholders.
- Manage the transition from existing setups to future state solutions, collaborating with Payroll, HR services, and business owners of current Time & Attendance applications.
- Drive implementation and configuration of UKG solutions, harmonizing local policies and aiding country-specific rollouts through process localization and functional testing.
- Oversee data integration from Time & Attendance systems to payroll and analytics tools like Power BI, ensuring demand management aligns with process governance.
- Partner with Standardization & Harmonization and Global Payroll teams to enforce Global Time & Attendance governance and uncover process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Act as the Global Time Management expert by providing consultation on inquiries, updating policy documentation, and enhancing tools and workflows to support the business.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven extensive experience in HR and Time Operations, preferably in leadership capacity, with an emphasis on Time solutions, especially UKG/Kronos.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail paired with deep knowledge of legal and tariff frameworks.
- International mindset supported by substantial experience collaborating with diverse, global teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills enabling productive interaction with HR Centers of Competence, IT, Finance, and executive management.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, fostering trust and empowering team members for successful delivery outcomes.
- Fluency in English for effective communication within diverse teams and stakeholders.
