Role Overview

We are expanding our People team with a Global Recruiter who will report to the VP, People. This role requires partnering with multiple hiring managers worldwide to spearhead talent acquisition efforts, contributing strategically to attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier professionals.

Responsibilities

Forge strong partnerships with global hiring managers to deeply understand their team dynamics and what defines excellence for each vacancy.
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing hires across diverse time zones and markets.
Innovate proactive sourcing approaches beyond traditional job boards to quickly build diverse and qualified candidate pools.
Ensure a superior candidate journey from initial outreach to offer acceptance, managing compensation complexities across regions.
Effectively juggle 5 or more active job openings concurrently without compromising quality.
Collaborate with cross-department teams to continuously elevate hiring standards and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Minimum five years of comprehensive recruiting experience, especially within fast-paced SaaS or technology startup environments.
Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates across multiple international locations, tailoring approaches based on regional differences.
A resourceful and inventive approach to sourcing talent including direct outreach, expanding social networks, and cultivating talent communities.
Exceptional communication skills that adeptly navigate cultural and time zone differences.
Comfort with ambiguity and capability to prioritize workload effectively in a high-volume recruiting setting.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse.
Strong intellectual curiosity about recruited roles, engaging deeply to understand and represent them authentically.

Compensation and Additional Details

This contractor position offers an hourly wage between $50 and $60. Candidates should be able to exercise autonomy with minimal supervision. BigID values diversity and inclusive culture, encouraging applications from underrepresented groups. The company participates in E-Verify.
