Global Brand Manager

Overview

William Grant & Sons is seeking a Global Brand Manager to lead the development and positioning of one of their premium spirits brands from their Dublin office. Responsibilities

As a member of the Global Marketing team, you will partner with international markets, innovation, insights, communications, and commercial teams to craft standout brands that deliver measurable results. Your duties include creating and implementing global brand plans inspiring local markets and ensuring commercial success by anchoring every activity in consumer insights and maintaining high execution standards. You will drive impactful campaigns, digital projects, innovation initiatives, portfolio expansions, and product launches, shaping brand experiences across multiple channels and regions. Strong collaboration with local teams, agencies, and stakeholders is vital to turn strategic ideas into consistent, creative, and commercially effective campaigns.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven marketer experienced in formulating and activating brand strategies within premium FMCG, drinks, luxury, or consumer-led sectors. They combine creativity with analytical skills, making data-informed decisions and seizing growth opportunities. Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams, managing agencies, and prioritizing multiple tasks, they thrive in international and dynamic environments. This role requires passion, curiosity, energy, and commitment to elevate a prestigious spirits portfolio.

• Competitive salary range from 79,619 to 87,970 with eligibility for bonus plans.
