About the Role
The General Manager is tasked with operating a profitable restaurant by ensuring service meets McDonald's strict benchmarks for quality, cleanliness, and customer service. This leadership role involves working alongside other managers to establish and pursue restaurant goals, overseeing daily operations, and managing staff performance through coaching and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant to meet and exceed corporate standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to set targets and monitor their progress.
- Provide leadership and coaching to Departments to enhance overall restaurant performance.
- Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective management team.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager running high-volume locations.
- Experience in quick service restaurants is strongly preferred; hospitality or retail backgrounds are also favored.
- Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for management in corporate-owned outlets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary at $55,000 annually.

This position is with an independently owned McDonald’s franchise, which operates separately from McDonald’s USA corporate entity.
