Role Overview

The General Manager serves as the restaurant’s primary leader and plays a central role in driving the success of the location. This position is responsible for overseeing sales performance, employee output, and adherence to company standards and operating practices. The GM uses established systems and procedures to improve profitability, deliver a strong guest experience, and build the capabilities of the team. This role reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience is required.
• A high school education is required.
• Previous experience in a quick service restaurant is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
