Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance tasks and repairs across multiple skill areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machinery servicing, electrical fixes or installations, and vehicle upkeep.
• Perform routine duties like replacing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, changing filters and door locks, and minor decorative work that do not require a licensed tradesperson.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliable presence for assigned shifts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as dictated by specific client needs and business conditions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Possesses at least two years of relevant experience.
• Holds all necessary licenses and certifications pertinent to the city and state requirements for the tasks assigned.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
