Full Stack Development Engineer (Lead)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Development Engineer proficient in Python or Java and TypeScript, with strong expertise in advanced SQL and data orchestration tools. The role demands hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks, as well as deployment capabilities in Cloud Service Providers (CSP) or on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to conceive, design, and build comprehensive application solutions.
• Decompose complex problems and architect detailed multi-stage technical roadmaps.
• Accelerate development of full stack solutions, delivering functional applications within days rather than months.
• Serve as the main technical authority for customer projects, ensuring high-quality production-grade solutions that interpret client data and processes through actionable workflows.
• Engage directly with clients to build and design solutions, maintaining a client-facing approach.

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience of 10 to 15 years, with prior roles as Technical Lead or Architect involving significant hands-on work.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data orchestration tools.
• Experience with RAG techniques, fine-tuning LLMs, and implementing agentic frameworks.
• Strong background in deploying applications on both cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills capable of articulating product and service details clearly from a domain and business perspective.
• Ability to explain coding approaches and refactoring methods, including the use of AI-generated programming tools.
