Position Overview
The role is for a Frontend Engineer focused on coding-agent workflows. You will work remotely and contribute by testing, reviewing, and assessing AI-generated frontend implementations in practical engineering scenarios.
What You'll Do
- Use advanced AI coding assistants to finish and assess challenging engineering work.
- Check AI-produced frontend code for correctness, code quality, maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
- Spot defects, unusual edge cases, and likely failure points in generated outputs.
- Compare results from different frontier models and judge their relative strengths and limitations.
- Apply experienced engineering judgment to realistic frontend development problems.
Required Background
Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional frontend engineering experience and hands-on experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable technologies. Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools is expected. You should also be able to evaluate AI-generated frontend implementations, UI architecture, and performance improvements.
Preferred Experience
Experience contributing to large-scale consumer or enterprise applications is considered an advantage.
Compensation and Legal
