Backend / Frontend Developer Intern

• Develop, improve, and fine-tune interface components with JavaScript/TypeScript and React to support responsive user experiences.
• Partner with backend engineers to connect RESTful APIs and maintain dependable data exchange between application layers.
• Take part in shaping and polishing user interfaces, with attention to accessibility, speed, and ease of use.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix frontend issues to raise overall product quality.
• Create and update frontend unit tests to help keep code dependable across modern browsers.
• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of frontend applications on AWS so releases and updates run smoothly.

Backend internship focus

In the backend track, you will contribute to building and supporting scalable services that power real-world applications. The environment includes Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, React, JavaScript, and AWS.

• Help build, extend, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work on database and search query design, implementation, and optimization across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Write and maintain JUnit tests to improve reliability and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy, observe, and support backend systems on AWS.
• Debug, resolve, and improve backend code to strengthen performance and stability.
• Join code reviews and contribute to conversations about system design and architecture.
