Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer to design and develop modern, high-performing, and responsive web applications. The role requires collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications.
• Create reusable UI components and optimize app performance.
• Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to meet project goals.
• Integrate frontend elements with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best industry standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot issues, and improve application efficiency.
• Engage in code reviews and promote continuous improvement practices.

Core Skills Required

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with one or more frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, Svelte, or Nuxt.js.
• Familiarity with module bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, Rollup, Parcel, esbuild, or Turbopack.
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and techniques for responsive web design.
• Knowledge integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
• Proficient in using Git version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with package managers like npm, Yarn, or pnpm.
• Understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

• State management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, Pinia, or Vuex.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Using CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Chakra UI.
• Techniques for build optimization and improving performance.
• Understanding accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience level ranging from entry (0 years) to 8 years in frontend development.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Genuine eagerness to explore new frontend technologies and methodologies.
