Role Overview

This role requires providing customers with courteous and proficient service while accurately handling their transactions. The cashier contributes to fostering a positive and welcoming environment that enhances customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the cash drawer with precision, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage the Customer Service Desk operations, including lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and customer inquiries.
• Keep the Front End Department's merchandise organized and well-maintained.
• Assist in training new or junior staff members.
• Follow and implement all relevant company standards consistently.
• Support other departments with tasks as needed beyond primary cashier duties.

• Possess fundamental numeracy skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
